07 April 2016 - Graduate students from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Public Administration Program headed by Prof. Edwin Martin visited the Philippine Embassy on April 05. The group was in Singapore as part of a two-country educational tour that included Malaysia. The group was warmly received by Ambassador Antonio A. Morales and other officials of the Philippine Embassy who engaged the members with a question and answer session regarding best practices in Singapore. END
