12 April 2016 - The PHL Embassy in Dhaka commenced Overseas Voting for the 2016 Philippine National Elections on 09 April 2016, 8:00 a.m. (Bangladesh time) at the 3rd floor of the Philippine Chancery.
Philippine Ambassador to Bangladesh Vicente Vivencio T. Bandillo opened the Chancery and the precinct, and was the first to cast an overseas vote in Bangladesh for this year’s election. The Embassy encouraged the Filipino community to vote within the 30-day Overseas Voting period which is scheduled to end on May 09. END
