03 May 2016 - Ms. Marian Jocelyn R. Tirol-Ignacio, Charge d’ Affaires, a.i., of the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, reads the message of President Benigno S. Aquino III in celebration of the Labor Day. Labor Attaché Luz L. Talento also reads the message of DOLE Secretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz. The Labor Day celebration was attended by Embassy personnel after the flag raising ceremony at the Embassy grounds.  END
