06 May 2016 - The newly-installed Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Singapore, the Ambassador of Costa Rica Jairo Hernandez-Milan, paid a courtesy call on Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales on April 28 at the Philippine Chancery in Singapore.

Ambassador Hernandez-Milan took over from former Brazilian Ambassador Luis Fernando de Andrade Serra who ended his tour-of-duty in Singapore early this year. During the call, both envoys exchanged views on possible activities of the diplomatic corps as well as developments in Singapore. END
