06 May 2016 - The Philippines is one of the countries featured in the month-long exhibition dubbed, “ASEAN Pulse” at the Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC). The event served as one of the highlights preceding SDC’s 2016 International Friendship Day celebration on April 27, which was attended by Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales.

The ASEAN Pulse exhibition was meant to engage Singaporeans on the significance of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and orient them to new opportunities brought about by tighter integration in the region. Ten (10) ASEAN country pavilions and bazaars showcased diverse range of goods and services that each country produces and sells around the region and the global market.

The Philippine National Bank was featured as an example of a Philippine success story in Singapore. END
