06 May 2016 - Froom April 30 to May 01, the Philippine Embassy in Rome, in cooperation with the Philippine Consulate General in Florence led by Honorary Consul General Fabio Fanfani and the confederation of Filipino community associations in Tuscany, conducted an outreach mission in the city of Florence, Italy.  

The outreach team (Consular Section, POLO, OWWA and SSS) led by Consul Leila Lora-Santos released 114 new e-passports and processed, among others, 488 e-passport applications, 28 Reports of Births and 26 reacquisition of PHL citizenship applications. Consul General Lora-Santos also administered the Oath of Allegiance of five former Filipinos who reacquired their Philippine citizenship.

POLO-OWWA serviced a total of 104 OFWs, with 87 OWWA membership processed and 14 assisted for Balik-manggagawa online (BM On-line). The SSS representative serviced 114 clients. END
