25 May 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 17th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on May 20 and 21.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Edgar V. Dizon and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.
The Embassy Consular Team was able to process 320 ePassport applications, 19 Reports of Birth, five Travel Documents, 33 extensions of passport validity, one authentication and 270 notarial services. The Team was also able to release 585 new ePassports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 700 clients, of which 551 or 78.71% responded as follows:
