27 May 2016 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Kingdom Evan P. Garcia made an introductory call on Sir David Amess, MP. Sir David is the Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on the Philippines (APPG-PH) in the British Parliament.

The APPG-PH was established in 2007 and Sir David has been Chair of the group since 2014. The APPG-PH is a partner of the Philippine Embassy in London to help raise awareness of Philippine interests among British parliamentarians. END
