01 June 2016 -A team from PhilHealth’s Operations Audit Department conducted survey and information services at the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong from May 15 to 22. 

Over 1,000 Filipinos availed of the following services offered during PhilHealth’s week-long stint in Hong Kong:

• member’s ID issuance;
• member data record (MDR) issuance;
• survey on PhilHealth’s services; and
• advice on membership and medical benefits under PhilHealth.

The PhilHealth team was composed of Atty. Jay R. Villegas (Senior Manager), Ms. Christine C. Bayot (Supervising Auditing Systems Specialist), Ms. Ethel D. Rodulfo (Senior Auditing Systems Specialist), Ms. Kathryn Anne A. Garrero (Auditing Systems Specialist II) and Mr. Sevillano G. Medina (Auditing Systems Specialist II).

The said project was held under the auspices of Philhealth’s Overseas Filipinos Program.

Another PhilHealth mobile team is scheduled to conduct information services on June 11 to 13 during the Philippine Independence Day weekend celebration in Hong Kong. END
