02 June 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 18th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on May 27 to 28.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, (Team Leader), Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Emmanuel P. Galvez and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.
The Team was able to process 323 e-Passport applications, one Report of Birth, eight Travel Documents, 12 extensions of passport validity, two authentications and 82 notarial services. The Team was also able to release 178 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey with 400 clients, of which 314 or 78.5% responded as follows:
