05 July 2016 - The Philippine Embassy hosted a diplomatic reception in celebration of the 118th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence at the Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok on June 15.
The Thai Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Pichet Durongkaweroj, led the list of high-ranking Thai officials which also included Associate Professor Kamjorn Tatiyakavee M.D. (Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education), Mr. Alongkorn Ponlaboot (First Vice Chairman and Spokesperson of the National Reform Steering Assembly), Mr. Paisal Puechmongkol (Vice Minister for the Deputy Prime Minister Gen. Prawit Wongsuwon), and Mr. Supachai Somcharoen (Chairman of the Office of the Election Commission of Thailand). END
