19 July 2016– The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 23rd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar, Eastern Region on July 15 to 16.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S. Y. Macud, Mr. Esmayatem S. Macapundag, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybanez, Ms. Ma. Cristina C. Malvas and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.
The Team was able to process 359 passport renewal applications, 23 new passport applications, seven lost passport applications, 15 passport validity extensions, 14 Travel Documents, 23 Reports of Birth, one Report of Marriage, 347 notarials and one authentication. The Team was also able to release 1,061 new passports.
