Public Advisory: Reopening of DFA Consular Office Calasiao (Pangasinan) on 16 August 2018

PANGASINAN 15 August 2018 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Consular Office (CO) Calasiao will resume its operation on 16 August 2018.

All applicants with confirmed appointment in this CO stated below will be accommodated from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. starting 16 to 31 August 2018 at their original time slot:

• 13 August 2018, Monday
• 14 August 2018, Tuesday
• 15 August 2018, Wednesday

All applicants are further advised to bring a print out of their confirmed online appointments along with their passport requirements.

Courtesy Lane facility will be limited to fifty (50) applicants from 16 August to 31 August 2018 to give way to the number of applicants who were not served during the three (3) day suspension of operation. Courtesy Lane starts at 9:30 a.m. on a First come, first serve basis.

Note: All applications during Saturday will be charged PHP 1,200 for overtime processing fee. END
