Bulletin: On the Medical Repatriation of a Filipino with Amnesia

29 March 2019 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is requesting for information of the next-of-kin of a Mr. Richard Soriano, a Filipino suffering from amnesia who was repatriated on 29 March 2019. The DFA said Mr. Soriano was left in a hospital in China.

Mr. Soriano’s next-of-kin are requested to immediately coordinate with the DFA through the following contact details:
