Public Advisory: Online Passport Appointments Open on 15 March 2021 in Kuwait and in Los Angeles, U.S.A. 

17 MARCH 2021 – The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait and the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles, U.S.A. is opening passport appointments using the Global Online Appointment System for Filipinos who come from the areas under their jurisdiction. 

Effective 15 March 2021, these Filipinos may schedule an appointment for passport processing by visiting the global passport online appointment website: https://passport.gov.ph.

Appointments are free of charge and may be made by using any computer or mobile device. Applicants will be required to provide a valid email address where the email confirmation of the appointment will be sent. Fees for the passport application will be paid at the Foreign Service Post on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Applicants are also required to provide factual information on their application as well as authentic documents. Errors, misrepresentation, and submission of fraudulent documents may result to a delay or even the cancellation of their passport application, as well as possible legal action against the applicant.

Before making their appointments, concerned Filipinos are advised to visit the website of these Foreign Service Posts to be updated on latest restrictions on movement, if any, announced by local authorities in Kuwait and in Los Angeles, respectively.
