Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations in the DFA Consular Office in Tuguegarao City

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Tuguegarao City (CO Tuguegarao) will be closed on 30 March to 08 April 2021 pursuant to the City of Tuguegarao’s Executive Order 54, series of 2021, “An Order Placing Tuguegarao City Under Enhanced Community Quarantine For Ten (10) Days and Setting Guidelines Thereof”.

CO Tuguegarao will resume its regular operations on Monday, 12 April 2021.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:

- Name

- Date of birth

- Original appointment date and time

- Preferred date and time of new appointment

The new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 19 April 2021 to 21 May 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (9:00AM to 4:00PM).
