Public Advisory: Authentication/Apostille Operations in Metro Manila on 3 - 14 May 2021

01 May 2021 – With the extended duration of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in the National Capital Region and in the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal, the Authentication/Apostille operations of the Office of Consular Affairs in Metro Manila will provide services with limited capacity from 03 to 14 May 2021. 

The following Authentication appointments affected by the ECQ and MECQ declarations will be accommodated during this period:

Those with appointments from 03 to 14 May 2021 will not be entertained and will be provided new appointments at a later date via email.

Release of documents scheduled in March 2021 may be done from Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please present the official receipt when claiming these documents.

Please be advised that the schedules are still subject to sudden changes due to unforeseen circumstances or implemented policies of local governments and establishments which host DFA Consular Offices. 

Anyone entering our Consular Offices will be subjected to a temperature check prior to entry and will be required to wear a mask and a face shield and must follow any other public health measures in place while inside the CO premises. 

We wish to reiterate that the number of persons allowed inside our COs at any given time is limited. This is in accordance with the prescribed social distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. END
