Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of Calasiao Consular Office on 17 May 2021

17 May 2021 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) in Calasiao located on the 2nd Floor of Robinsons Place Pangasinan will be closed on 17 May 2021 for disinfection of its office premises and implementation of other preventive measures to manage the risks against COVID-19.

CO Calasiao will resume its regular operations on Tuesday, 18 May 2021.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing CO Calasiao (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with the following information:

- Name

- Date of birth

- Original appointment date and time

- Preferred date and time of new appointment

The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 18 May to 17June 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (10:00AM to 5:00PM).
