Public Advisory: On the Declaration of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine  (MECQ) in Davao City from 05 to 20 June 2021

07 June 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that the Consular Office in Davao City (CO Davao) will remain open during the implementation of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) from 05 to 20 June 2021, pursuant to IATF Resolution No. 119 s. 2021 dated 03 June 2021.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the implementation of MECQ throughout the city must secure another appointment by emailing CO Davao (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with the following information: 

- Name 

- Date of birth 

- Original appointment date and time

- Preferred date and time of new appointment
