Public Advisory: Extended Temporary Closure of CO NCR Central (Robinsons Galleria) and DFA CO Calasiao (Robinsons Place Pangasinan)

17 September 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) NCR Central, located in Robinsons Galleria, Quezon City,  and DFA Consular Office (CO) in Calasiao, located at Robinsons Place Pangasinan, which were suspended from 13-17 September 2021, are further suspended until 24 September 2021.

CO NCR Central and CO Calasiao’s COVID-19 infected personnel and those which have been exposed as close contacts, continue to be in isolation and in quarantine, respectively, pursuant to the guidelines imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) and the Department of Health (DOH). CO Calasiao will resume its regular operations on Monday, 27 September 2021.

Affected applicants for this period will receive an email providing them the details of their alternative passport appointment. The Department requests the public's continued understanding as it adheres to the prescribed measures against the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of personnel and applicants. Likewise, the Department urges applicants to ONLY refer to the official DFA platforms for announcements and updates.
