Public Advisory: Six Temporary Offsite Passport Services (TOPS) to Provide Passport Services until December 2021 

05 October 2021 – In line with the Department’s commitment to continue addressing the demand for additional passport appointment slots, the six (6) DFA Temporary Offsite Passport Services (TOPS) located in SM Mall of Asia, SM North EDSA, SM Aura, Robinsons Place Las Pinas, Robinsons Place Magnolia and Ayala Glorietta 3 will continue its operations until the end of December 2021. 

In addition to these 6 TOPS sites, the Department has started rolling out regional TOPS facilities. The Department opened its first regional TOPS facility in Olongapo City (SM Olongapo Downtown) on 01 September 2021, and TOPS facility in San Pedro, Laguna (Robinsons Galleria South) is set to open on 04 October 2021. 

The Department is also working to open more TOPS sites in other regions of the Philippines to serve more Filipinos living outside Metro Manila who are in need of a passport.
