Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of Consular Office NCR-Northeast (Ali Mall)

02 November 2021 - The Department of Foreign Affairs advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) NCR Northeast, located at Level 2, Ali Mall Araneta City Cubao, Quezon City, are suspended from 03 to 05 November 2021.

Five (5) CO NCR-Northeast personnel have been infected with COVID-19, while others have been identified as close contacts. As such, the CO has temporarily suspended operations to conduct thorough disinfection of its premises, to ensure the safety of all CO personnel and consular applicants, and to comply with the isolation and quarantine guidelines imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Diseases and the Department of Health.

CO NCR-Northeast will email affected applicants for the rescheduled appointments using the CO’s email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

The Department requests the public's continued understanding as it adheres to the prescribed measures against the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of personnel and applicants. END
