Public Advisory: DFA Raises Alert Level 4 for Ukraine

07 March 2022 — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has raised Alert Level 4 (mandatory evacuation) in Ukraine due to the deteriorating security situation that threatens the safety of Filipinos in that country.

The DFA also notes the possible establishment of humanitarian corridors that would allow evacuees to exit Ukraine through its borders with Moldova and Romania. 

Filipinos who are still in Ukraine are strongly urged to contact the following Philippine embassies and consulates for their repatriation:
