Public Advisory: On the Temporary Suspension of Operations of all Consular Offices on Election Day, 09 May 2022
PASAY CITY 06 May 2022 — The Department of Foreign Affairs advises the public that the operations in all Consular Offices nationwide will be suspended on 09 May 2022, in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 1357, which declared the day of the 2022 National and Local Elections as a special non-working holiday.
The Department further informs the public that walk-in applicants for Passport and Authentication or Apostille will not be accommodated on the said date.
Consular operations will resume the following day, 10 May 2022. END
