PUBLIC ADVISORY: DFA Consular Office Baguio’s Temporary Suspension of Operations on 13 September 2022 in Commemoration of 1986 Sipat Peace Talks

09 September 2022 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) in Baguio City will be closed on 13 September 2022 (Tuesday) following Proclamation No. 49 dated 22 August 2022, declaring 13 September 2022 (Tuesday) a special (non-working) day in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) in commemoration of the 1986 Sipat Peace Talks. The CO is joining other government offices in Baguio in observing the holiday.
