Public Advisory: Input Correct Data in the Passport Appointment System

12 October 2022 — The Department of Foreign Affairs–Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) reminds prospective passport applicants to input the correct data in the online passport appointment system, especially the data fields for name as well as date and place of birth.

While the DFA-OCA has once again allowed the correction of erroneous entries during the data-capturing step of the passport application procedure, using an incorrect name will still cause significant issues in the Online Appointment System and should therefore be avoided.

Paalala: Siguraduhing Tama ang Detalyeng Binibigay sa Passport Appointment System

12 Oktubre 2022 — Nais ipaalala ng Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas-Tanggapan ng Ugnayang Konsular (DFA-OCA) sa mga mag-aaply ng passport na siguraduhing ibigay ang tamang pangalan, araw, at lugar ng kapanganakan at iba pang impormasyon habang kumukuha ng appointment sa Online Appointment System (OAS).

Ang muling pagpayag ng DFA-OCA sa pagtama ng mga maling datos sa application form ay hindi nangangahulugan na maaring magkamali sa impormasyon na inilalagay sa OAS kaya dapat itong iwasan.
