Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations in the DFA Consular Office and TOPS at SM Manila on 16 December 2022

MANILA 16 December 2022 - The public is advised that the DFA Consular Office NCR West (SM Manila) located at 5th Floor, SM City Manila, Natividad Almeda Lopez Street, Ermita, Manila will be closed on Friday, 16 December 2022. 

Likewise, the Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) located at 4th Floor, SM City Manila, Natividad Almeda Lopez Street, Ermita, Manila will be closed on the said date.

The walk-in applications for both Passport and Authentication Services are also not available during the said date. 

The releasing of passports and apostille certificates will resume on Monday, 19 December 2022.
