Temporary Suspension of Operations at CO Malolos and TOPS Malolos on 03 February 2023 in Celebration of Blas F. Ople Day

01 February 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office and Temporary Offsite Passport Service Site (TOPS) in Malolos, Bulacan will be closed on 03 February 2023 (Friday) following Proclamation No. 128 dated 19 January 2023, declaring 03 February 2023, a special non-working day in the Province of Bulacan in celebration of Blas F. Ople Day.
