Temporary Suspension of Operations at DFA CO Angeles and TOPS Angeles
on 15 June 2023 in Commemoration of the 32nd Anniversary of the Mt. Pinatubo Eruption

13 June 2023 — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Service (TOPS) in Angeles City, Pampanga will be closed on Thursday, 15 June 2023, in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 224 dated 16 May 2023 by the Office of the President, declaring 15 June 2023 a special (non-working) day in the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga to mark the commemoration of the 32nd anniversary of the Mt. Pinatubo eruption.

Regular consular operations and services will resume on Friday, 16 June 2023.
