Temporary Suspension of Operations at CO Lipa and TOPS Lipa on 20 June 2023 in Celebration of the 76th Founding Anniversary of the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas

19 June 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas (Lipa CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Service Site in Lipa (TOPS Lipa) will be closed on Tuesday, 20 June 2023.

This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 220 dated 11 May 2023, declaring 20 June 2023 as a Special (Non-Working) Holiday in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, in celebration of the 76th Founding Anniversary of the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.
