Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations of the DFA Consular Office in Puerto Princesa on 23 June 2023

20 June 2023 - The Department of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform the public that operations at the Consular Office in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, will be suspended on Friday, 23 June 2023, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9748, dated 16 November 2009, declaring the 23rd of June every year a special non-working holiday in the entire Province of Palawan and the City of Puerto Princesa in commemoration of the "Foundation of the First Civil Government of the Province of Palawan after the American- Philippine War".
