Temporary Suspension of Operations in the DFA Consular Office Zamboanga on 19 July 2023 in Observance of Amun Jadid

13 July 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Zamboanga City will be closed to the public on Wednesday, 19 July 2023, in observance of Amun Jadid or Islamic New Year, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1083.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated from 20 July to 22 August 2023 (Monday to Friday, except holidays) during regular business hours.
