Transfer of the DFA Consular Office Angeles from Marquee Mall to SM City Clark effective 01 August 2023

20 July 2023 — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Angeles City will cease operations in Marquee Mall effective 01 August 2023. CO Angeles will transfer to its temporary office in SM City Clark Expansion.

SM City Clark Expansion, CMAR, Mabalacat City

Office Hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Processing of Passports

No passports will be processed from 01 to 02 August 2023 to facilitate the set-up of the temporary office and equipment. The processing of passports will resume on Thursday, 03 August 2023.

Releasing of Passports

CO Angeles and TOPS Angeles applicants with passports due for release from 01 August 2023 may claim their passports at the temporary office of DFA CO Angeles from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
