Temporary Suspension of Consular Operations in Malolos

MALOLOS 23 JULY 2023 - The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Services  (TOPS) in Malolos will be closed on Monday, 24 July 2023. 

This is pursuant to Memorandum No. DRF-07232023-352 dated 23 July 2023 issued by the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of the Provincial Government of Bulacan, declaring the work suspension of government and private offices in the province of Bulacan on the said date due to the forecasted inclement weather brought about by Typhoon “Egay” and the scheduled transport strike on 24-26 July 2023.

Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments in CO Malolos will be accommodated from Tuesday, 25 July 2023 to Friday, 25 August 2023. 

TOPS applicants will be accommodated at its Supervising Consular Office (SCO), the CO Malolos, also from Tuesday, 25 July 2023 to Friday, 25 August 2023. 

The said applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.
