Transfer of TOPS site from SM Aura to SM Masinag

PARAÑAQUE 25 July 2023 – In light of the increasing volume of Passport appointment requests from the public, the Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) announces the relocation of Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) from SM Aura to SM Masinag effective 01 August 2023 to offer a more accessible and convenient location in giving efficient and timely passport services.

In preparation of the transfer of TOPS, the Department informs the public that TOPS SM Aura will be suspending operations on Monday, 31 July 2023. The public is further advised of the following guidelines on the rescheduling of affected appointments:

1. Guidelines regarding the relocation of Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) from the previous location to the new location:

2. Affected TOPS Aura Passport applicants with confirmed appointments on 31 July 2023 will be accommodated earlier in TOPS SM Aura on the following dates: 

To be accommodated, applicants must present their printed confirmed application packet which shows that their original schedule is on 31 July 2023.

An email will be sent to concerned Passport applicants regarding their new appointment schedule. Please print out the new email with your new schedule and bring your documents for Passport application on your new appointment date.

3. Affected returning TOPS Aura Passport applicants for compliance of requirements from 31 July 2023 onwards will be accommodated at the designated Supervising Consular Office:

4. Guidelines regarding the new Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) in SM Masinag:

TOPS SM Masinag will offer its New and Renewal Passport Application services starting on 01 August 2023. All applicants may book their appointments online at the DFA website: https://www.passport.gov.ph/ .
