Suspension of Operations in Consular Office and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services in Bacolod on 26 July 2023 due to Inclement Weather brought about by Typhoon “Egay”

26 July 2023 – The public is advised that the operations of the Department of Foreign Affairs Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in Bacolod located at 3rd Level, Robinsons Place Bacolod, Brgy, Mandalangan, Bacolod City will be temporarily suspended on 26 July 2023 (Wednesday) due to inclement weather brought about by typhoon “Egay”.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated until 26 August 2023, from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
