Temporary Suspension of Operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Services (TOPS) in Malolos City on 27 July 2023
MALOLOS 27 JULY 2023 - The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Services (TOPS) in Malolos City, Bulacan, will suspend their operations at 12 noon today, 27 July 2023.
The said suspension is pursuant to Memorandum No. CDRRMC-2023-035 dated 27 July 2023 issued by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) of Malolos City, declaring the work suspension of government and private offices in Malolos due to the monsoon rains brought by the Southwest monsoon (Habagat) enhanced by Typhoon “Egay”.
Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments in CO Malolos will be accommodated from Friday, 28 July 2023 to Monday, 28 August 2023.
TOPS applicants will be accommodated at its Supervising Consular Office (SCO), the CO Malolos, also from Friday, 28 July 2023 to Monday, 28 August 2023.
The said applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.
