Public Advisory on the Temporary Closure of NCR CO West on 01 September 2023

MANILA 23 August 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Satellite Office located at the 5th Floor Level of SM City, Manila (CO NCR West) will undergo renovations and will be closed on 01 September 2023 until 15 October 2023.

CO NCR West will resume its normal operations at the 4th Floor Level of SM City, Manila, from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on 04 September 2023, and onwards until the completion of the renovation.

The Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS Manila), which is under the supervision of CO NCR West, will operate as usual.
