Suspension of Operations in CO Cebu and TOPS SM Seaside on 30 August 2023 in Celebration of the 54th Charter Anniversary of Mandaue City 

29 August 2023 – The public is advised that the operations of the Department of Foreign Affairs Consular Office (CO) in Cebu and TOPS SM Seaside will be temporarily suspended on 30 August 2023 (Wednesday) in celebration of its Charter Day known as “Mandaue City Day” pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 313 dated 15 August 2023 declaring it as a Special Non-Working Day in Mandaue City in Celebration of the 54th City Charter Anniversary. The two (2)  sites are located on the following addresses: 

• CO CEBU- located in Pacific Mall MC Bacalso St Corner U.N. Avenue Estancia, Mandaue City, Cebu
• TOPS SM Seaside- located in 3F Mountain Wing (main) SM City Seaside, Cebu South Coastal Rd, Cebu City, Cebu

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments on 30 August 2023 at TOPS SM Seaside Cebu will be accommodated from 31 August 2023 (Thursday) to 29 September 2023 (Friday) Mondays-Fridays, 10am to 6pm only.

CO Cebu and TOPS SM Seaside will resume their regular operations on Thursday, 31 August 2023. END
