Temporary Suspension of Operations at DFA Consular Office San Nicolas on 20 September 2023, pursuant to Malacañang Proclamation No. 316

08 SEPTEMBER 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that operations in DFA Consular Office San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte is suspended on Wednesday, 20 September 2023, pursuant to Proclamation No. 316, a Special Non- Working day in the Province of Ilocos Norte to commemorate the birth anniversary of Josefa Llanes Escoda.

Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments on 20 September 2023 in DFA Consular Office San Nicolas will be accommodated from Thursday, 21 September 2023 to Friday, 20 October 2023, Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
