Suspension of Operations in DFA Consular Office Zamboanga on 12 October 2023

ZAMBOANGA 03 October 2023 – The public is advised that the Department of Foreign Affairs Consular Office (CO) in Zamboanga City will be temporarily closed to the public on Thursday, 12 October 2023, by virtue of Republic Act 7350.

RA 7350 declares October 12 of every year a special non-working day in Zamboanga City in celebration of the feast day of Nuestra Señora La Virgen del Pilar, the patroness of the City.

Consular operations will resume on Friday, 13 October 2023.
