Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Passport Processing at DFA CO Tuguegarao on 10 and 13 November 2023

09 November 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Consular Office (DFA CO) in Tuguegarao City informs the public that the Consular Office will temporarily suspend its passport processing service from Friday, 10 November 2023, until Monday, 13 November 2023, due to the relocation of the Consular Office to its newly renovated space.

Processing of Passport Application

No passport applications will be processed from 10 to 13 November 2023 to facilitate the seamless set-up of the new office and installation of CO’s equipment. Applicants with confirmed appointments on these dates will be accommodated upon the resumption of regular operations on Tuesday, 14 November 2023.

Applicants are further advised to bring a printout of their confirmed passport appointments originally scheduled on 10 and 13 November 2023 along with the other documentary requirements for their passport application.

Releasing of Passports

Applicants with passports due for release from 10 November 2023 may still claim their passports at the new office of CO Tuguegarao, which is located beside CO’s current office, from 09:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M.
