Suspension of Acceptance of New/First-Time Passport Applications in All Temporary Off-Site Passport Services

MANILA 22 November 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public of the suspension of acceptance of new/first-time passport applications in ALL Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) effective 21 November 2023 until further notice. During this period, all TOPS shall only accommodate and process straightforward passport renewal applications. 

All affected new/first-time TOPS applicants shall be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Office (SCO) from Tuesday, 21 November 2023 to Thursday, 21 December 2023. TOPS applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.
