Suspension of Operations of CO Angeles and TOPS Angeles  On Monday, 11 December 2023 pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 2226, s. 1982

MANILA 11 December 2023 — The Office of Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that  its Consular Office (CO) in SM City Clark and Temporary Offsite Passport Service (TOPS)  in Robinsons Place Angeles will suspend operations on Monday, 11 December 2023 in  observance of Pampanga Day pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 2226, s.1982 declaring December 11 a public holiday in the Province of Pampanga. 

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, 12 December 2023 from 10:00 am to 5:00  pm.
