Suspension of Operations in DFA CO NCR West from 3:00pm onwards on 15 December 2023

MANILA 12 December 2023 – The Public is advised that the DFA Consular Office NCR West and TOPS located at the 5th and 4th Floors, SM City Manila, Natividad Almeda Lopez Street, Ermita, Manila respectively, will be closed from 3:00 P.M. onwards on 15 December 2023 to undergo maintenance services. 

The CO’s Releasing Section will remain open until 5:00 P.M. to accommodate those who wish to claim their passport and apostille.

Operations for both offices will resume normal operation on 18 December 2023.
