Suspension of Operations in CO and TOPS Iloilo on 18 December 2023 in Celebration of the Graciano Lopez Jaena Day

ILOILO 15 December 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Service (TOPS) in Iloilo located at Robinsons Place Iloilo, Iloilo City, will be temporarily closed to the public on 18 December 2023 (Monday), pursuant to Republic Act No. 6155 No. 430, declaring 18 December 2023 an official public holiday in the city and province of Iloilo to commemorate the birth anniversary of Graciano Lopez Jaena.
