Suspension of Operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services Nationwide from 25 to 26 December 2023

PARAÑAQUE 21 December 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that consular operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) nationwide are suspended from 25 to 26 December 2023, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 90 and Proclamation No. 425 issued by the Office of the President, dated 12 December 2023.

Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments on Tuesday, 26 December 2023, in DFA Aseana and Consular Offices, will be accommodated from Wednesday, 27 December 2023 to Friday, 26 January 2024.

TOPS applicants with affected confirmed appointments on Tuesday, 26 December 2023, will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from Wednesday, 27 December 2023 to Friday, 29 December 2023. TOPS applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.

Likewise, the Passport Releasing Service Center in Double Dragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also suspend its operations on Tuesday, 26 December 2023, and will resume operations on Wednesday, 27 December 2023.

Applicants may refer to their Official Receipts or Authentication Slips of the releasing date and time for reference. Releasing of Authentication Documents will resume a day after the suspended date.
