Public Advisory on the Online Payment for Authentication Services on the Landbank Linkbiz Portal

05 January 2024 - The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that online payment for Authentication Services is now available via the Landbank Linkbiz Portal website.

Furthermore, the OCA - Authentication Division would like to notify Applicants that complex documents such as National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) documents without verifiable QR codes, Court Documents, School Documents (i.e. Commission on Higher Education) and other public documents will still undergo further verification and may not be qualified for expedited processing and release.

Steps for the Online Payment via Landbank Linkbiz Portal

Step 1: Go to the website Landbank Linkbiz Portal (https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp) and click “PAY NOW”

Step 2: Enter Merchant Name “Department of Foreign Affairs”

Step 3: Please choose between “Single Document-Regular” or “Single Document Expedite”

Step 4: Please fill out the details accordingly. For the reference number please input “NA” Not Applicable or the Appointment Code from the Apostille Application and Appointment System (AAAS) in the www.apostille.gov.ph.
