Suspension of Operations in DFA Aseana, COs, and TOPS Nationwide on 09 February 2024 in Celebration of Chinese New Year

PARAÑAQUE 30 January 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that consular operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) nationwide are suspended on 09 February 2024, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 453 dated 18 January 2024, declaring said date as a special (non-working) day.

Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments on Friday, 09 February 2024, in DFA Aseana and Consular Offices, will be accommodated from Monday, 12 February 2024 to Monday, 11 March 2024.

TOPS applicants with affected confirmed appointments on Friday, 09 February 2024, will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from Monday, 12 February 2024 to Monday, 11 March 2024. TOPS applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.

Likewise, the Passport Releasing Service Center in Double Dragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also suspend its operations on Friday, 09 February 2024, and will resume operations on Monday, 12 February 2024.
