Temporary Suspension of Operations in TOPS SM Mall of Asia on 29 February 2024
PARAÑAQUE 23 February 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public of the temporary suspension of operations of the Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) in SM Mall of Asia (MOA) on Thursday, 29 February 2024 until further notice due to the transfer of TOPS to a new location.
All affected returning TOPS SM MOA applicants for compliance of requirements from 29 February 2024 onwards will be accommodated at the designated Supervising Consular Office:
